Your private guide picks you up from your hotel a little before 9am. Remember, your customized itinerary takes you to the places you request, and your guide relies on your preferences to create a hiking experience for you and your private group. Usually, your guide plans about four hours of hiking through Hong Kong, but if that seems like too much time to you, you can request a shorter hiking time. You can also pick a hiking difficulty level, so you feel comfortable the whole way. Please also take note that you can enjoy a quick swim in the ocean, if you’d like your guide to plan that in as well. After you meet your guide, follow them on public transport to get to your hiking trail. Your public transport fees are included with your tour. Once you start hiking, you can see stunning views as you go. You might also run across some former rice paddies and old Hakka villages. If you chose to hike for four hours, take a well-deserved roughly 1-hour lunch break (own expense) after two hours of hiking at a restaurant along the way. After your hike, you guide takes you back to your hotel.
