- You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. If no information is received by the deadline, the default pick-up location and time will be automatically assigned: 8:00am at Shakespeare Theatre Washington D.C. -610 F Street NW, Washington D.C.
- Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. When traveling on the minivans or vans, booster seats may be needed. Please contact the tour operator in advance if needed. Rental service is also available upon request.
- For a comfortable and enjoyable experience, we recommend bringing comfortable shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, a sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, cash, and drinks for hydration.
- Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
- For safety and communication purposes during the trip, a valid and reachable phone number is required for participants.
- Approximately tour duration is about 10 hours; Total tour duration and Returning time may vary depends on actual itinerary, weather and traffic of the day.
- Relaxing Trail Walk (45 mins round trip): Enjoy an easy walk on a serene mountain trail, immersing yourself in the park’s natural beauty. If extreme weather occurs, the trail walk will be canceled, and alternative stops will be arranged to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
- Overlooks with Stunning Views: Along the winding mountain roads, we will stop at designated overlooks to take in the awe-inspiring views of the Shenandoah Valley. These stops provide perfect opportunities for photos and relaxation.
- One-Way Scenic Tour (120 mins):Due to the Skyline Drive located across Shenandoah National Park, we enter from Thornton Gap and drive to north exit. On the winding driveway on the mountains, we will stop at the overlooks to observe the beautiful Shenandoah Valley.
