- Please note, meet your guide outside the Royal Palace before the tour
- Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start of your tour
- Meet your guide at the meeting point in front of the entrance of the Royal Palace, in Piazzetta Reale
- Look for your guide holding a yellow sign with "tours" written on it
- Show your smartphone voucher to your guide at the start of the tour
- Please note that the Royal Armoury will be closed until 10 November 2025 for maintenance by the Royal PalaceIn case of delay, contact the emergency number +39 327 4674179.
