- Children (0-3) can enter for free, but a ticket is required and can be obtained at the ticket office

- Certain areas within the studio tour feature special effects. Visitors with pre-existing medical conditions are advised to ask the staff where these special effects are located
- Smoking is prohibited inside the Studio Tour
- Pets and other animals are not allowed except for guide and hearing dogs
- Eating and drinking are allowed only in designated areas
- Show your smartphone ticket upon entry
- Please note that you will not be allowed to re-enter once you exit the Studio Tour
