The address you indicate is incorrect, they definitely have a large area of opportunity for improvement. 
The guide when I was finally able to find him was very kind, sending me messages and even answering a call to give instructions.

This tour was disappointing to say the least.  The guide was trying to be creepy I guess but I would have preferred more ghost history and content than provided.

Did this tour for my husband's birthday it was a lot of fun. Our guide Ethan was funny and full of energy.  The history was fascinating. We were hoping to go inside all the locations but it was still really awesome!!

The tour was typical of a ghost tour, ghost stories and building/area history. Have done many throughout my traveling. Our tour guide was new so she read from her notes (although she did warn us of doing this). In some parts she did adlib and add her own sense to the stories. She was very nice and had a sense of humor.

Great inside informations. Nice and competent tour guide. We had enough time to ask questions and we were never be in a hurry.

The tour was great and the guide was very entertaining and informative. A lot of old Sacramento history with a heavy dose of ghost stories helped make it feel like a trip back to the 1850’s. Didn’t see any ghosts; but a good time was had by all!

We very much enjoyed the tour. Alexis was wonderful with the stories of paranormal activities in so many locations. The history she shared was extremely interesting. 
**We had a bad time finding the meeting place from the address you gave (1240 Sacramento River Bike trail ). We were following our gps guide and walked way past “Old Town” down a bike trail until the trail ended. It was at least 1/2 mile from where we were supposed to be. It was an ok walk, but we could have used that time checking out the shops. 
You need to replace that with the actual location on FRONT STREET.

Lydia was a very knowledgeable guide through the  tour of Sacramento’s old haunted buildings and the history of their occupants. If you don’t believe in ghosts, you might after this tour..

This was my second time taking this walking ghost tour. I still really enjoyed it and even learned a little more. Our guide Addie (I think?) did a great job, especially with the very loud cars, motorcycles, and music in the streets. It was the first weekend of summer, which draws a car show/cruise vibe in Old Sac. Not a bad thing, but it made it hard to hear at times. She paused when necessary and even danced to their music sometimes, but generally just rolled with it. It was a fun time and a great way to kick off the summer.

Our guide did an amazing job! My only complaint was all the rude cars around, which was obviously not our guide’s fault. They worked around that as best they could and I’m really sorry that was such a challenge.

This ghost tour was very interesting !! We got to learn a lot about the old Sacramento. There was a lot of nice stories about the spirit that apparently haunt this city.

This tour was excellent. We had so much fun. Our tour guide, Dana, is a great storyteller. We were fascinated with the history we learned about Sacramento's dark side. We took an emf reader along and did detect ghost activity. Super fun!

So wrong! Our guide was 20 minutes late and then proceeded to tell us it is only a 30 minute tour even though our ticket said one hour. He focused on history of Sacramento, but so much of what he told us was wrong. There are NOT tunnels running under the streets of Sacramento!! The few ghost stories were just added in and poorly told. I do not recommend this tour. Even our tour guide more than once told us to take the underground tour at the museum. Don’t believe anything this tour tells.

This was a fun tour!  Dain, our guide, was knowledgeable and very skilled at walking backwards to keep the story going between stops. I learned things about Sacramento’s history and enjoyed the ghost stories.

Alexis was a great tour guide, the best on the block! We learned a lot of Old Sacramento's history and it's ghost stories. I would definately recommend if you are looking for something to do on a night out. The tour is approximately 1 hr and you can extend it for an extra fee.

I did the Boos and Booze tour. Fun stories about ghosts and Sacramento's history, yummy cocktails in old, haunted locations, and Jack keeping us moving along at a good pace.

This was the worst tour I've ever been on. The guide knew little to nothing about Sacramento or California in general. I've been on several "ghost tours" in various cities around the country and most the time, it's some cool history stories mixed in with some spooky legends that make for a fun evening walk around the city. This was not it. I would not recommend this tour at all.

What a fun and different experience!!! Nice little short and spooky fun thing to do!!! Our tour guide Ethan knew a lot about the ghost adventures around Downtown and had a lot of funny jokes!!! Guide was late! We were told to arrive at 7:45pm for an 8:00 tour. The guide didn’t show until 8:15! She talked too fast and was generally just not good.

Gabby kept us engaged and entertained while explaining the many ghosts and poltergeist of the haunt. It was golden hour and the combination of walking old Sacramento at sunset while learning about the history was a winning combo! Our tour guide Gabby was extremely knowledgeable. We had so much fun! I highly recommend her tour.

Our tour guide Gabby was excellent. She was friendly and knowledgeable and told stories well. We recommend doing the extended tour. And also check the weather and dress appropriately. We were cold. But other than that it was an excellent experience.
