From there, your journey continues northeast to Aso Volcano, situated in Kumamoto Prefecture on Kyushu Island. This composite volcano, complete with a large caldera, stands as a symbol of Kumamoto and is a sight to behold.Your adventure doesn’t stop there. Next, you'll discover Kusasenri, a vast grassy plain that offers spectacular views of the volcanically active Nakadake Peak. Amidst this scenic landscape, you'll find a large pond where horses graze peacefully, adding to the charm of this popular feature of the Aso Geopark.When Aso Volcano issues a no-entry notice, the Aso "Thousand-mile" Grassland stop will be changed to 90 minutes. Wether we can get close to the Aso Volcano crater not depends on the weather, but the concentration of gases emitted from the crater of a volcano. - Know in advance:
- During weekends/holidays, travel may face traffic delays or early closure of attractions. Routes, order and duration of stays will be adjusted based on daily traffic to improve efficiency. Avoid arranging dinners or tight transportation connections (e.g., same-day flights/Shinkansen)
- Visit the serene Kamishiromi Kumanoza Shrine, a famous movie filming site
- Access to the crater depends on the day's weather and gas concentration, with opening status subject to official announcements on the day. If an entry ban is issued, the original visit to "Senri Grassland" will be extended to 90 minutes, and the duration of stays at other attractions will be prolonged accordingly—no refunds will be provided. A shuttle bus to the summit is available at own expense. Itinerary order, and duration of stays at attractions may be adjusted by the guide based on daily conditions (weather, traffic, etc.). The company is not liable for poor photo quality due to weather or other factors

- Small tattoos must be covered with skin-colored patches for entry; large tattoos may result in denial of entry. Hot springs require additional fees, and public hot springs mandate nude bathing

- Enjoy the peaceful scenery of horses grazing by a pond in Aso Geopark
- This tour offers multilingual service, with multilingual guide service onboard (not single-language). This is a shared tour, so there may be passengers speaking other languages in the same vehicle. Seats are first-come, first-served
- Relax in an open-air bath at the traditional Kurokawa Onsen
- If access to the crater is possible, it will be confirmed on the day; the shuttle bus is at own expense.
- No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows; no refunds for itinerary changes caused by traffic jams, weather, etc.
- Not allowed:
- Participants over 69 years old are not allowed
- Children under 3 are not recommended to enter hot springs
- Extra fees to be paid on site:
- For luggage, note size and quantity in your order. Each piece costs 2,000 yen (details available via customer service). Tickets do not include food or drinks, which are at your own expense
- Remember to bring:
- Those planning to enter hot springs should bring a change of clothes
