- Opening hours: from 10.00am to 6.00pm. New Year's Eve: 10.00am to 4.00pm and New Year's Day 10.00am to 06.00pm. Note: Christmas Eve and 25 December closed. In January, February, March, and November: closed on Mondays. Last admission: 1 hour before closure
- Observe the casting of chocolate figures
- The chocolate production ends about 30 minutes before the museum closes
- Walk through an almost real cacao tree plantation
- 1 companion per disabled person (with companion ID) gets free entrance
- See, smell and taste chocolate in countless shapes
- Children up to 11 years get access only if accompanied by an adult
- Learn more about the chocolate production process
- For all reduced tickets, please show a valid document
- Stop by a chocolate fountain and take as much as your heart desires
- The museum is fully wheelchair accessible
- Relax at the museum's café with an amazing view of the Rhine River
- Infants (age 0-5) enter for free
- Pets are not allowed
