Day 1: Arrival to Mexico CityOur driver meet you in the airport of Mexico City and bring you to the hotel.Day 2: Mexico City – Teotihuacan – Anthropology MuseumBreakfast at the hotel. Departure to an overview of Mexico City. We begin a day with the overview of the city center: walk in the main square, the Zocalo, from where began the construction of a modern Mexico city, visit the Presidential Palace, where the frescoes of the famous artist Diego Rivera were immortalized , look at the ruins of the ancient city of the Aztecs – Tenochtitlan. Then we leave the city, and along a picturesque mountain road we move to the archaeological site of Teotihuacan, the sacred city of the Aztecs, where according to their legend, people become Gods. We will hear the story of this mysterious place, walk through the Paths of the Dead and conquer the highest pyramid of the complex, the Pyramid of the Sun. After returning to Mexico City, we will go to visit to the National Museum of Anthropology, which is the pride of the country, where the world’s largest exposition of original items of pre-Columbian America is collected and presented in 22 pavilions.Day 3: Mexico City – Puebla – VeracruzBreakfast. The guide meet with you at the hotel lobby, and we say goodbye to Mexico city. Our rout lies in the city of Veracruz, but on the way we will visit one of the five most beautiful and significant colonial cities, Puebla. By the way, we will admire the beautiful mountain scenery and will stop in Cholula, for climbing the pyramid, which is known as the most unusual pyramid in the world, because it’s mathematically proven that this is the largest man-made structure ever built by ancient people. The pyramid of Cholula by decision of the authorities has been ever not excavated and reconstructed. Covered with green, it looks more like a mountain on top of which is a Catholic Shrine and a lookout, where we will climb to enjoy breathtaking views and make memorable photos. We continue our journey to the “City of Angels”, because that’s how the locals call the city of Puebla. Already at the entrance of the city, you will surely impress with its architecture. Puebla was the first city built by the Spanish colonizers on the ruins of an Indian settlement. Like many colonial cities, Puebla has many churches and temples, more than 70. In this city, according to archaeologists, the longest bridge span in the ancient world was built, connecting Yaxchilan (the territory of modern Mexico) and the Peten in modern Guatemala. We will see fragments of this grand for its time structure. We also observe the ruins of the buildings with age is more than 2000 years, the Central of which is the Main Palace.
