- Please arrive 10–15 minutes early; there might be a short wait before your entry time.
- Visitors under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Children under 2 years enter free.
- ID may be requested by the staff—please carry valid ID or documents.
- A passport (with a valid visa for Belgium if required) is mandatory for anyone residing outside the European Union.
- No pets, food, or beverages are allowed.
- In Winter, comfortable shoes and warm clothing are recommended
- On site visit Duration is 5 hours.
- Photography and video are allowed (without flash) for personal use only.
- No refunds for no-shows or unused services. Late arrivals are subject to a 100% no-show fee.
- Some areas may be temporarily closed without prior notice due to events, maintenance, or safety reasons.
- The itinerary and schedule are subject to change depending on traffic or variations in opening hours
- Transfers are available from centrally located hotels and residences in Paris (if selected)
- Please be ready in the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup.
- Eating, drinking, and smoking (including e-cigarettes and vapes) are strictly prohibited inside the transfer vehicle.
- These conditions are part of our service policy for all tours with transfer services.
