The drop of car park was designed for 6 passengers an hour, not the few hundred it takes. 20 minute limit, but sit in a traffic jam for 19 minutes. Once in, cannot escape as single one way lane. Someone must be truly incompetent to design that.

Really good now most of the construction has been completed. It just looks like now the metro/tram line (if that's what it is) by the station needs to be sorted out because it's all fenced off. The new aesthetics with the black yellow Wolves colours really make it stand out and provides a sense of uniqueness. Around half of the indoor parking had been refurbished too, going from a brick based building to metal and bricks (I think)

Disgusting attitude. Two very rude staff members .I Made a mess up on my booking and asked for help as my ticket didn’t scan outbound but did inbound ,and was spoken to very rudely and told to buy another ticket .The women offered if I wanted to speak to another staff member and I accepted ,and he was also rude about the issue and cut me up on my sentence while they was being sarcastic with each other when I said “isn’t it your job to help with tickets”I felt like I was being ganged up on.I think as somebody who works on tickets you should have some knowledge about how to change them and help the customer ,however not speak to them like dirt. I brought a ticket the lady was lovey and extremely helpful at the desk to help solve my issue .when I asked for the staff members names she was also very rude about that and made me find the other staff member who had the same amount off attitude and made me miss my train. Extremely discussed and will be reporting .

Very clean and pleasant facilities. There is a pumpkin cafe on platform 2/3 and a gourmet coffee bar on platform 1 which is a bit nicer.
