A normal railway station, not as cool as Manchester or London, but quite normal. There are places to sit, have a coffee, go to the toilet. Good staff, they're helpful. Pretty clean.

Good service and smart team, show us the way to change platform initiatively. There is a lift under the bridge, across the platform 1 & 2. Clear announcement to give time to catch up the train.

Bad bad experience as always with trains at the moment due to the staff now becoming greedy. Useless customer service wouldn't tell me how to get to platform 2 (as never been to this station) so I missed my train. On a day there's barely any trains. Yes I know you're striking and you want more money but what happens to us commuters that HAVE to be in places and HAVE to rely on these poor train services. Who will compensate me for the hundreds of pounds on tickets I've wasted cause strikes suddenly prevented me from getting a train? They want us to use public transport but it's so infrequent and overpriced. Not sure how we're gonna do this.
