You will be assured of a good experience going to Rotherham central station, the trains do run on time and the best things is you can park your car for free at the station. buy a ticket for one day or for a whole week or more, as long as they know the dates you are coming back they can give you a free parking ticket, and you can park your car just outside the station. step 1: find a free parking spot outside the station. step 2: buy your ticket and ask for free parking ticket. step 3: go back out and put the tickets on your windscreen. You can now go on your journey with no worries, there are cameras around the station so your car will be safe.

Convenient train station if you need a train for outside of Rotherham or a tram connection to Sheffield, really run down recently and does not look maintained. The tracks themselves get broken into on multiple occasions so there is a chance trains get cancelled and are diverted directly to Sheffield train station. Very shady at night due to shady people hanging around the station. 3/5, needs more maintenance and security for passenger safety
