I haven't actually done a train journey to or from Hove station yet but I went and booked my tickets yesterday. I'm a nervous traveller when it come to trains due to an incident a couple of years ago. I needed a lot of help planning and booking my journey and hannah was amazing. She went through different options and found me a route that avoided the underground. She printed them off and made sure I had the destination of each train I was getting so it was easier for me to find them on the board. And best of all, she was really sympathetic to my anxiety around this and reassured me that I wasn't being silly and it was perfectly ok to feel the way I do. I'm really grateful for your help hannah. Thank you.

It's almost laughable that the clock has been wrapped in a bin liner for three years without being replaced! The video monitors are so small, it's virtually impossible to read the train departure times... and with no clock, it's down to guesswork if you'll be able to catch your train on time! Please, buy bigger LED display monitors and fix your clock!
