First time of arriving/departing at this station. Staff seemed friendly. Very nice and clean station too.

We were getting the train to Poole, we boarded the train and were told by a worker ‘you need to be on the first five coaches’ so we got off and walked further up the train, and found that the doors were inactivated, we couldn’t get on! A few minutes later the train departed without us. Really poor customer service.

Fairly clean station and looks well maintained. Not very big considering Bournemouth's size. Also located a fair distance out of the main town centre so a bus is required.

First time of arriving/departing at this station which does appear to be user friendly. The Wrought iron work is beautiful BUT THE RUBBISH ON THE TRACKS certainly was a disgrace and totally unnecessary. Surely the management (on their inflated salaries) are capable of organising a daily pickup of rubbish - or is that a too demeaning task for them to deal with ?? What a shame. Such a simple operation - of course it has to be timed correctly !! The staff were helpful. I hope to use it again and will check on the dirty track situation - let's hope someone takes responsibility.
