  • If you cancel within 24 hours of departure, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the ticket price.
  • No-shows are charged the full ticket price.
  • In the event of a delayed or cancelled bus service, Southern Shuttle will either offer a full refund or allow re-booking at no extra cost.
  • If Southern Shuttle is unable to honor a reservation due to circumstances beyond its control (such as weather or traffic), a full refund will be offered.

  • Southern Shuttle allows passengers to bring one piece of luggage as long as it is not larger than 60 cm x 40 cm x 25 cm in size and does not exceed 10 kg.
  • Passengers may bring one piece of cabin baggage as long as it does not exceed 5 kg and does not exceed the dimensions of 40 cm x 30 cm x 20 cm.
  • Extra luggage fees may be applied at check-in. These fees vary depending on the destination.
  • Passengers may bring a small bag, handbag or laptop bag with them into the cabin.
  • All luggage should be labeled with the passenger's name and contact information.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring sharp objects, explosives, weapons and flammable substances in their carry-on or checked luggage.
  • It is also prohibited to bring alcoholic beverages, drugs, and any other illegal items.
  • In some cases, additional taxes and fees may apply for luggage.
