Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
.• If you cancel your ticket up to 7 days before the departure date, a full refund will be issued. • If you cancel your ticket less than 7 days before the departure date, a partial refund will be issued. • If you cancel your ticket less than 24 hours before the departure date, Slovak Lines reserves the right to refuse a refund. • No refunds are possible for tickets purchased on board the bus. • In case of no-show, no refunds are issued. • For special tickets such as student tickets, discounts, and promotional tickets, refunds will not be issued unless the ticket is cancelled 7 days before the travel date.• If you wish to change your ticket, you must do so at least 24 hours before the departure date. The change is subject to availability and an additional fee may be charged. • If you do not change your ticket at least 24 hours before the departure date, Slovak Lines reserves the right to refuse the change.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Slovak Lines allows passengers to bring one piece of hand baggage with a maximum weight of 8 kg and dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm.
- Each passenger is allowed to bring one additional piece of checked luggage with a maximum weight of 20 kg and dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 120 cm x 80 cm x 40 cm.
- Passengers should note that all baggage must fit into the overhead compartments or under the seat in front of them.
- Passengers are responsible for their own baggage and should make sure it is properly labeled with their name and contact details.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any kind of prohibited items, such as weapons, explosives, drugs, and hazardous materials, on board the bus.
- Any items that exceed the weight and/or size limits will be subject to additional taxes.
- Slovak Lines is not liable for any lost or damaged baggage.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Slovak Lines allows passengers to bring small pets on board with them, provided they are properly contained and are accompanied by an adult.
- Pets are not allowed to occupy seats and must remain on the passenger's lap.
- Pets must be kept in a secure pet carrier that does not cause disruption to other passengers.
- The pet carrier must be small enough to fit under the seat in front of the passenger.
- Service animals, such as guide dogs, are allowed on board without being in a pet carrier.
- Allowed pets: cats, small dogs, birds, rodents, and fish.
- Pets not allowed: dangerous animals, reptiles, amphibians, and insects.
