Cancellation Policy
- Severtrans has a cancellation policy that applies to different scenarios:
- If you cancel your bus ticket at least 24 hours before the departure time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If you cancel your ticket less than 24 hours before departure, but at least 3 hours before the departure time, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
- If you cancel your ticket less than 3 hours before the departure time or you do not show up for the bus, you are not eligible for a refund.
- To cancel your Severtrans bus ticket, you can:
- Visit their website and log in with your booking information to initiate the cancellation process.
- Contact Severtrans customer support by phone and provide them with your booking details to cancel the ticket.
- Cancelled tickets will be refunded to the original payment method used during the booking process.
- Please note:
- Severtrans may impose a cancellation fee if your cancellation falls within a certain time frame before departure. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
- It is recommended to check the specific terms and conditions of your ticket, as some tickets may have different cancellation policies or fees.
- Cancellation refunds may take some time to process, and the exact timeframe can depend on the payment method and financial institution.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage policy on Severtrans in Serbia:
- Passengers are allowed to bring luggage free of charge, but it must fit in the overhead compartments or under the seats.
- Each passenger can bring up to two pieces of luggage.
- The total weight of all the luggage must not exceed 30 kg.
- If the luggage exceeds the weight limit, an additional fee will be charged based on the excess weight.
- Extra taxes on luggage:
- If the luggage exceeds the weight limit, there is an additional fee of 50 Serbian Dinars (RSD) per kilogram.
- What is allowed to bring:
- Clothing and personal items necessary for the trip.
- Essential medication and medical devices.
- Small electronics such as laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Food and drinks in sealed containers.
- Bicycles and strollers, but they need to be folded and stored as luggage.
- What is not allowed to bring:
- Explosives, flammable materials, and other hazardous substances.
- Weapons and firearms.
- Animals, except for service animals accompanying individuals with disabilities.
- Fragile items that may break during transport.
- Illegal or prohibited substances.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on Severtrans buses, subject to certain conditions and restrictions.
- Only small pets are permitted on board.
- Pets must be transported inside a suitable pet carrier or cage.
- The pet carrier/cage must be leak-proof and properly secured.
- Pets must remain inside the carrier/cage throughout the journey.
- Pets should not cause any inconvenience or discomfort to other passengers.
- The pet owner is responsible for the behavior and care of the pet during the trip.
- Pets must be harmless, clean, and free from parasites.
- Pets are not allowed to occupy a seat or move freely inside the bus.
- Pets should not be left unattended at any time.
- The transportation of pets is subject to the availability of space.
- Passengers are required to inform Severtrans in advance if they intend to travel with a pet.
