Flexible Cancellations

  • Cancellation of PP TVAD tickets in Poland must be done 24 hours prior to the departure time.
  • If the ticket is cancelled within 24 hours of departure, the ticket will not be refunded.
  • If the PP TVAD ticket is purchased within 24 hours of the departure time, it is not refundable.
  • In the event of a delay in the arrival of the bus, a refund or exchange will be provided.
  • For any changes or cancellations to PP TVAD tickets, the passenger must contact the ticket office or the customer service.
  • In case of a cancellation of a PP TVAD ticket, a fee will be charged.

  • Passengers are allowed to bring 1 piece of hand luggage (max. 8 kg) and 1 piece of checked luggage (max. 20 kg) per person, free of charge.
  • Additional checked luggage has an extra cost and must be indicated during the reservation process.
  • Any oversized or overweight luggage must be checked-in at the counter, with an extra fee.
  • Strollers, wheelchairs and other mobility aids are accepted without additional cost.
  • Pets are allowed in the bus, but must be in carriers.
  • Dangerous items such as explosives, flammable, toxic and corrosive substances are prohibited.
  • Food and beverages are allowed in the bus, but must be consumed before the end of the journey.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines

  • PP TVAD allows a limited number of cats and dogs (weighing no more than 10 kilos) to travel on buses in the country with a code equal to PL.
  • Passengers are required to keep their pets in a suitable container or on a leash or harness at all times.
  • The transportation of other pets, such as birds, reptiles and rodents, is not allowed.
  • Pets should not be allowed to stand, sit or lie on the bus seats.
  • Pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pet.
  • Pets must not be left unattended, and all pet owners must take responsibility for their pet’s behaviour.
  • The pet owner is liable for any costs incurred in the event of a pet causing a disturbance on the bus.
