Matuszek Bus Company Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation up to 24 hours before departure: If you cancel your ticket more than 24 hours before your scheduled departure, you can expect to receive a full refund, excluding a small service charge.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before departure: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not receive a full refund. The refund amount will depend on Matuszek's cancellation policy at the time of cancellation.
• Nonattendance without cancellation: If you do not attend your scheduled bus journey and have not cancelled your ticket, you will not receive a refund. Matuszek refers to this as a 'No Show' scenario.

Matuszek Bus Company Luggage Policy

• Each passenger is allowed one piece of checked luggage weighing up to 23kg free of charge.
• For additional luggage, there is a surcharge depending on the weight and size of the luggage
• Hand luggage must be small enough to fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front
• Hand luggage should also not exceed a weight of 5kg
• If the weight or size of the hand luggage exceeds the limit, it will be considered as checked luggage
• Incase of fragile items, the passenger must notify the attendant during check-in
• Luggage exceeding the free baggage allowance is subject to additional fees

Forbidden Items

• Explosives, fireworks and weapons
• Flammable, radioactive, harmful or poisonous substances
• Materials with strong or unpleasant odors
• Live or dead animals, except for guide dogs
