Immerse yourself in the flavors of Spain in this hands-on 4-course cooking class in Southeastern Sacramento. Limited to 8 guests, you’ll learn to make a full Spanish menu including potato croquettes, featuring seafood paella, Pan con tomate, citrus and avocado salad, and almond torte dessert.
Throughout the 2.5-hour class, you’ll gain confidence with authentic Spanish ingredients and cooking methods. Guests are welcome to bring wine or beer to enjoy as they cook and share their creations.
