We had an amazing time on the beer bike tour!!!  Paul and Erin were such fun tour hosts.  This tour was probably the highlight of our trip to the Sacramento area.  Our family was paired with 8 incredible ladies who were all celebrating their 65th birthdays and had been friends since early childhood.  We were also celebrating three birthdays.  Needless to say we laughed, sang, and celebrated our way through the entire tour.  We were still singing when we rolled into the parking lot and ended up staying longer on the bike just to finish Journey's "Don't Stop Believing!"  Cheers to Sac Beer Bike for making these memories possible.

We chose Sac brew bike to celebrate my boyfriends 21st birthday this last weekend. 11/10 experience. Our guide Max was awesome!! Our group had an absolute blast. Max was the bomb.com. He was hilarious and kept our group entertained all night. Great experience and definitely will be doing it again!

The ride was excellent. Living in midtown, I see the bikes all over and it was fun and refreshing on a somewhat rainy day to spend time with friends and tour downtown. The driver and host were hospitable and generous with their time! If you're looking for something to do, the Brew Bike is fun afternoon or evening activity!

I went with a group of young women.  The stops were great and the peddling was fun. We toured the streets of downtown Sacramento and went into many local bars.  The food was great also.

Something new to try during the holiday season. A lot of fun! Friendly hosts. Nice and different way to look at Christmas lights. Highly recommend it for couples, friends, family or even solo! Will be making it a yearly tradition.

This is not so much a Beer Bike tour as a lovely night ride where you can sing Holiday/Christmas tunes while you peddle through oe of the most spectacular neighborhoods in Sacramento. The whole night is filled with lights and song.Really fun!

We do the Brew Bike every year, it is silly and fun.  We have dinner somewhere before we go and then have a fun time on the bike and in bars.  We have not done the bike with beer on it, we have drinks with dinner and at the stops- it is plenty :)

Brew Bike was Phenomenal!!  We had a group of 30 and they catered to us wonderfully!  Our drivers/tour guides were Jane, McKayla, Shawn and Mark.  They all were so much fun while being very professional.  Our company will definitely be doing another event with Sac Brew Bike in the future.

Brew bike was so fun. It sure does take work to pedal those bikes though! Im short and had the seat on the lowest setting and my feet still kept slipping and the pedals would spin backwards and smack my shins lol. I had bruises the next day. Ouch. No one else in my party had this problem though.  And Make sure to wear your seatbelt! because it feels like you can easily fall off. Feels a lil dangerous tbh but maybe it was just me. We booked the shortest tour I believe just 2 hours. It was enough time to do everything with the 2 stops we had. But it goes by fast! I would definitely book a longer tour next time. Our host Libby was excellent we loved her. If you have a great playlist of music it's so much fun. Would definitely do again. Definitely when the sun is setting so it's not beating on us.

It was mine and my friends first time on the brew bike and we did a public tour. We were pleasantly surprised to find out there’s a bar at the check in area. Our tour guide was Jessica (thin gal with curly red hair) and she was so professional but at the same time so much fun and just such good energy. We will definitely be going back and requesting her as our driver so we can do a private tour with more of our friends! If you’re debating on trying the brew bike doooo it! You will not regret it!

Amazing ride with strangers who quickly became close friends. Jess was the perfect host and driver who tailored the tour to our group interests. She was so much fun. You could genuinely tell she enjoys her job and takes very serious making this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend!

We did a private 2 hour tour for my hubby's 30th and had lots of fun drinking beer on the bike and hitting up two local bars. I'm only giving it 4 stars because we paid roughly $400 for 15 people and the tour guides wanted tips! I feel like gratuity should be included in the total price because they literally just handed us beer that I bought ahead of time and rang a bell for us to pedal. I would hope the staff would be paid enough for this not to be the case. Still a cool experience though!!

Though it wasn't your ordinary Sac Brew Bike trip (no BYOB or bar tour), myself and 14 other friends had a great time riding through the Christmas lights! It was great to have the option to stop by one bar in the middle of the tour IF everyone was 21+. Free snacks and hot cocoa throughout the trip was a plus. Our tour guide Jane was also very fun and happily endured the inevitable "Me Tarzan, you Jane" jokes. Good event for those who want something different during the holidays.

This company is AWESOME! The tour guides we had were great. We showed up a little late (my bad), but they were understanding and got us checked in and moving super quickly! We had a great time. Lots of good music and great places to stop at and drink and eat. Thank you Sac Brew Bike!

I had been wanting to do this for almost two years.  I organized this ride with some of our closest friends and it was WELL WORTH THE WAIT!!!  We had an AWESOME time!!!  I would want a 4 hour tour though so we could enjoy food and drink more but the driver Lynn was fantastic and the experience was so fun.  I would want the Sac Brew Bike owners to double check with the bars to see what kitchens were opened and closed but other than that it was FANTASTIC

I booked a Brew Bike tour to celebrate my wife's birthday last month.  We did a private tour so that it was just our friends - it was a blast!  Booking the tour on their site is easy and you can select how many people are in your party and the time slot that you want.  They also have a nice breakdown of all of the breweries and bars that they work with so you can see ones you like and new ones you might want to try.  They are all relatively close (I don't think one bar is farther than a mile from another) so they are easy to get to.  And it doesn't hurt that their paths avoid hills!  The service was great - you meet at their own bar location in Midtown to kick off the tour and have a drink before you head out.  The drivers are all super fun and easy going.  If you pay an extra $40 total you can bring your own cooler with beer and wine.  It was worth it.  The cost works out if you have a larger party for the private tour, we had 11 and it was less than $40/person.  Plus you get drink deals at most of the bars you go to which doesn't suck either.  I would recommend doing the 3-hour tour just so you don't feel rushed and can work in getting some food.  Most of the bars have either a food truck or menu options.

Overall this was a Fun Time cruising around Old Sacramento. I had just wished that the other people, which were just college girls, didn't do there part in pedaling with the rest of us. It was a Hot night and when we saw they were just enjoying the ride, it was a bit disappointing. Also they choose there Techno music to play and did NOT share the stereo system for our music....I must say if you choose to do this, Make sure you invite enough people to be as ONE group. This way you can choose your own music and enjoy the Time you spend in a way more fun time!!! Live and learn....

The storefront is generally simply the meeting place for those going out on the bike tour.  The bar inside is to start you off.  The service was uninviting - our foursome was not on a bike tour but stop over to see what the pub was like.  We are not sure if the service was lacking because we weren't on a tour or if the tours coming and going stressed the bartender.  The beer options were typical.  Prices are high considering there is no ambience etc..  This is a place to stop only if going on a tour.

Sacramento Brew Bike is a great experience with a group. It adds a bit of a premium cost to a pub crawl ($25 - $35) but the cost is worth it. While you can go on the Sac Brew Bike as an individual, it is much more fun to do with a group. With larger groups you can charter your own bike and have drinks on the bike. Otherwise, any seats you don't fill are filled with other people. Scheduling is flexible as you can choose the length of time for your tour. A two and a half hour tour is great for about 3 stops at local breweries with food being purchased at one of those stops. Tour guides are friendly and know the area well. Beer and food purchases are at additional although sometimes discounted price. This is a great local run business that partners with the many craft beer operators in the area.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday with the Sac Brew Bike on April 29th. We rented the whole bike for our group of 14 and had a blast. There’s a bench in the back (seats 2) for those who don’t want to pedal. We booked the 2-hour tour/3 bars, which combines a little pedaling and a lot of brew. Our driver was fantastic. At each spot she gave us a little into to the bar and the special drinks. Since we are from the Bay Area we asked her to choose the bars, and the 3 she chose were perfect: Big Stump Brew Company, Der Biergarten, and the Federalist (located in a storage container.) Bring your favorite playlist. The bike is equipped with speakers, and people on the street joined the fun along the way. Highly recommend the experience. We all had a good time . I'd do it again .

What a blast!  We recently did this brew tour for my son's birthday.  Located in downtown Sacramento, this is a 3-hour tour which combines a little pedaling and a lot of brew.  You get to visit three brewery's at about 45 minutes per stop. Each place we visited had a unique setting and very friendly staff.  One place was even located in a storage container with a brick oven cooking the pizza!  Although you purchase the brew and food yourself, you're given a wrist band that allows for a pretty good discount.  Our guide had a good personality and was a lot of fun.  He kept the tour lively but professional and on track.  The bike seated 15 people.  We had 10 in our group, and there was a group of 5 for a bridal party --- that sure added to the fun!   Overall, everyone had a great time.  We will definitely do this again!
