How to use your tickets
- Show your smartphone ticket at the departure location, 299 South St, New York
- The boat is docked behind the building at Pier 36 and can be accessed by walking round either side of the building
- Please do not go inside the building at Pier 36
- Proceed to slip 4, the dock for the “Majestic Princess” or “Emerald Princess”, where you will check-in
- Please note: Check in ends 10 minutes before the cruise departs
