Itinerary

  • Izamal

The yellow-painted town of Yucatán comes from the Mayan word izmal, which means dew from heaven. It is one of the Magical Towns of Mexico (also Valladolid) and an essential stop on a trip to the south of the country. If you want to discover everything to see in Izamal

We will be approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes visiting this magical town, heritage of the state of Yucatan, you can visit: The convent, the main parks, and the photogenic and ancient and colonial corners, there are also archaeological ruins that do not include tickets in the town of Izamal: are those of Itzamatul and Kabul (On your own city tour)

The time to get to Izamal is 1 hour and 30 minutes from Mérida.

    2 hours
  • Chichen Itza, cenotes y pueblos magicos

Also in this wonderful experience you will get to know Chichén Itzá, the bilingual guide will explain the history of this sacred place, the observatory, the ball game, the Kukulcán Pyramid, 1 hour to be with the guide and 1 hour to look around and take all the photos you want.

It is very important to follow the instructions of the guide and respect the limited time to meet again at the established and authorized meeting point, the guide will indicate it to you, if you do not respect the limited time you will return on your own to your hotel.

The time to get to Chichén Itzá and wait at the entrance is 1 hour.

  • With a width of 40 meters and a depth of approximately 35 to 45 meters (since not even divers who have come to know this incredible place have been able to find the bottom) it is one of the cenotes that you should definitely visit.

To go down to the cenote you have to go down some wooden stairs that will take you to a small platform where from there you can prepare to do some small diving, if you did not bring equipment they can rent you vests and snorkel so you do not stay with the desire to refresh you Once there you will be able to admire the natural beauty that surrounds the mouth of the cenote, full of formations, see the long roots of the trees that fall until they reach the water, with the peace and tranquility that is breathed in this magnificent place.

Here you will find very good attention from its inhabitants and from the people who daily strive to keep this place in the best conditions and with the best services.

Time to get here are 1 hours and 30 minute, 1 lunch hour

    1 hour
  • In addition to enjoying its lively atmosphere sitting on one of the characteristic double white benches (extremely lively, especially at night, with dances, stalls, etc.) it is worth stopping to observe its particular fountain, known as La Mestiza.

See the garlands of the Punished church swing, a super typical Mexican postcard

We are talking about the Church of San Servacio, the most important to visit in Valladolid. It presides over the aforementioned central square and is always decorated with colored garlands that start from its two towers.

That of San Servacio dates from the time of the arrival of the Spanish. They dismantled a Mayan pyramid that was there and built a church with its stone that, like all the others, was oriented towards Rome (Franciscan rule).

Return time around 1 hour and 30 minutes.
