Upon confirmation of your order, you will receive meeting instructions, vehicle info and Driver contact information. For luggage pickup, once you have retrieve your bags from baggage claim, you would proceed outside the doors to Passenger Pickup. You will need to contact our driver with the door number you are standing by. The driver will arrive within 15-30 minutes of your call.

- Same-Day Delivery: Luggage is delivered from O'Hare Airport to your hotel in the Chicago Loop on the same day.
- Quick & Flexible Collection: Enjoy a fast 15-30 minute wait time for luggage collection at O'Hare Airport.
- Secure Handling: Each piece of luggage is securely handled, locked with numbered zip tags by the driver upon collection.
- Storage Facility: Collected bags are safely stored at our designated facility until the scheduled delivery time.
- Cut-off time: All luggage collected from Ohare and delivered to our storage facility by 1 p.m. will be scheduled for delivery in for 2-4 p.m. delivery.
- Happy Hour Delivery Time: Up to 4 luggages per booking are delivered to your hotel between 2-4 p.m., ensuring you have your belongings when you need them.
- Meetup: No need to run! Once you arrive to ohare, you will contact our office with your door and tag number. Driver will meet you within 15-30 minutes.
