The toilets are disgraceful…. Considering that VCS is a major transport terminal and used by millions of people from all over the world, it makes me feel ashamed that this is the best we can do ….. The staff are generally helpful … and the service is efficient…. But Please .. update the toilets. and separate the Mens’ and Women’s’ areas

Victoria Station spoils the image of London, its within Central London and condition of this place is horrible, no hygiene, one of dirtiest coach station in UK which is situated in Central London, such a shame. People who come to see UK from all.over the world what type of impression they getting from this coach station. Worst and dirtiest Toilets, No soap, broken dispenser, toilet doors and locks broken, dirty seats, bad smell everywhere, it's shame for London, Victoria Coach Station.
