  • If you cancel your trip less than 24 hours before the departure time, you will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the ticket price.
  • If you do not show up for your trip, you will not be entitled to any refund.
  • If the bus is delayed or cancelled due to an unforeseen event, you will be entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled trip.
  • If your trip is cancelled due to a force majeure event, you will be entitled to a full refund.
  • If you want to change your ticket for a different departure time, you will be subject to applicable change fees.

  • Any additional luggage must be checked in and is subject to an additional fee.
  • Items that are not allowed on board include knives, guns, and any hazardous material.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring food and drinks on board as long as they are sealed.
  • Any objects larger than 55x40x23 cm or heavier than 8 kg can not enter the cabin.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring one laptop bag or handbag, and one small personal item such as a briefcase, camera, or umbrella.
  • Pets are not allowed on board, except for service animals.

  • Winew allows small pets (e.g. cats, dogs and other small animals) to travel in the cabin, provided they remain in a carrying case or on a leash at all times.
  • The pet must not occupy a seat and must remain under the control of its owner at all times.
  • Pets are not allowed to occupy or be placed in an aisle or passageway.
  • No pets of any kind are allowed on board Winew buses.
  • Pets that are too large to fit in a carrying case and cannot be held on the lap of the passenger are not allowed on board.
  • Passengers travelling with a pet must pay a pet fee.
