Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the ticket.
  • Cancellations made after the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
  • Reservations must be cancelled at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • In the event of a weather or traffic related delay, cancellations may be made up to two hours after the scheduled departure time.
  • If the bus is more than 30 minutes late, cancellations may be made at any time.
  • If the bus is delayed more than one hour, refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellations made due to a mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances will be eligible for a full refund.

Smooth Luggage

Luggage Policy

  • UniBus allows passengers to bring one suitcase free of charge, with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
  • Additional luggage is allowed, but will incur an additional charge of $5 per item, with a maximum total weight of 30 kg.
  • Passengers are also allowed to bring a small personal item such as a laptop bag or briefcase, free of charge.
  • The following items are not allowed on UniBus: weapons, chemicals, flammable materials, hazardous materials, and animals (except for service animals).
  • Passengers should be aware that all luggage must be stowed away securely in the overhead bins or under the seat.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines

  • UniBus does not allow pets to be brought on board the bus.
  • No animals whatsoever, including cats and dogs, are allowed inside the bus.
  • Service animals are the only type of animal allowed on the bus.
  • Service animals must be properly identified, such as wearing a vest or harness, and must remain on the floor at all times.
  • Service animals must also be registered with UniBus prior to boarding the bus.
  • Any passenger found with a pet on the bus will be asked to leave the bus immediately.
