  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the ticket.
  • Cancellations made after the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
  • Reservations must be cancelled at least one hour prior to the scheduled departure time.
  • In the event of a weather or traffic related delay, cancellations may be made up to two hours after the scheduled departure time.
  • If the bus is more than 30 minutes late, cancellations may be made at any time.
  • If the bus is delayed more than one hour, refunds will be issued.
  • Cancellations made due to a mechanical failure or other unforeseen circumstances will be eligible for a full refund.

  • The following items are not allowed on UniBus: weapons, chemicals, flammable materials, hazardous materials, and animals (except for service animals).
  • Passengers should be aware that all luggage must be stowed away securely in the overhead bins or under the seat.

  • Any passenger found with a pet on the bus will be asked to leave the bus immediately.
