Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your trip on Tocobus in the country where code equals to undefined within 24 hours of booking, you will be refunded in full.
If you cancel your trip on Tocobus in the country where code equals to undefined within 7 days of booking, you will be refunded 50% of the fare.
If you cancel your trip on Tocobus in the country where code equals to undefined within 5 days of departure, you will not be refunded.
If you cancel your trip on Tocobus in the country where code equals to undefined due to an emergency, you may be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances.
If you cancel your trip on Tocobus in the country where code equals to undefined and the bus is delayed or cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances, you will be refunded in full.

Smooth Luggage

Luggage Policy

Tocobus allows passengers to bring one regular-sized bag and one personal item (e.g. laptop, handbag, etc.) per person, free of charge.
Additional baggage is allowed, but must be paid for at the time of check-in.
Oversized items, such as surfboards and bicycles, are allowed, but may be subject to additional charges.
Any items that could be considered a safety hazard, such as weapons, explosives, flammable liquids, and hazardous materials, are not allowed on Tocobus.
Animals are allowed on Tocobus, but must be kept in an appropriate container and may be subject to additional charges.
Additional taxes may apply for each piece of additional baggage.
