- Cancellations made at least 3 days prior to the departure date are fully refundable.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the departure date are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
- If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours prior to the departure date, then the ticket is non-refundable.
- If the train is delayed or cancelled, you may ask for a full or partial refund.
- If the ticket is not used, you may ask for a full or partial refund.
- If the ticket is exchanged, the refund will be calculated based on the difference of the total cost.
- Tickets purchased online may be refunded online, or at a TGV INOUI ticket office.
- Tickets purchased in-person must be refunded in-person at a TGV INOUI ticket office.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Passengers on TGV inOUI are allowed to bring 2 pieces of luggage with a maximum weight of 23 kg per piece, in addition to a hand baggage.
- Small items such as umbrellas, laptop bags, and handbags can be taken on board, as long as they do not exceed 22 cm x 35 cm x 55 cm.
- Large items such as bicycles, musical instruments and baby strollers must be checked in at the station before boarding and must not exceed 200 cm x 75 cm x 65 cm.
- Additional charges may be applied for excess luggage. Any luggage over the maximum weight and size limits will be charged at €10 per item.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous items, weapons, and illegal goods on board the TGV inOUI.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on TGV inOUI trains in France, provided they are kept in an appropriate travel container.
- Passengers are allowed to bring cats, dogs, and small rodents (such as gerbils, hamsters, and guinea pigs) on TGV inOUI trains.
- Larger pets, such as birds and reptiles, are not allowed on TGV inOUI trains.
- The travel container must be large enough for the pet to move around freely, but not too large as it must fit in the passenger's lap.
- The pet must remain in the travel container for the duration of the journey.
- The pet and its travel container must not occupy a seat.
- Passengers must be able to handle their pet and its travel container without assistance.
- Passengers with pets will be asked to board and alight last.
