Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- Tamuka Coaches will provide a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- A 50% refund will be provided if the cancellation is made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- No refund will be provided if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- Tamuka Coaches reserves the right to cancel a booking if the payment is not received in full before the scheduled departure time.
- If a booking is cancelled due to a medical emergency, a full refund will be provided.
- If a booking is cancelled due to inclement weather, a full refund will be provided.
- If a booking is cancelled due to mechanical breakdown, a full refund will be provided.
- If a booking is cancelled due to a force majeure event, such as a natural disaster, a full refund will be provided.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Tamuka Coaches allows passengers to bring up to two pieces of luggage per person on board, with a maximum weight of 20 kgs per piece.
- In addition, passengers can bring one small personal item such as a laptop bag, handbag, or briefcase.
- Passengers are allowed to bring suitcases, rucksacks, backpacks and other pieces of luggage that are suitable for travelling.
- Tamuka Coaches also allows passengers to bring items such as a laptop, camera, mobile phone, books and magazines for their own personal use.
- Items such as alcohol, weapons, illegal substances, flammable materials, and any other dangerous items are not allowed on board.
- Any luggage that exceeds the allowed weight limit of 20 kgs per piece will be subject to an additional fee.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Tamuka Coaches allows passengers to bring their pets on board as long as they are kept in a suitable pet carrier.
- Pets must be non-aggressive and must not pose a danger to other passengers.
- The pet carrier must be able to contain the pet and be able to be stored in the overhead luggage compartment or on the floor at the passenger’s feet.
- Passengers must ensure that their pet does not disturb other passengers.
- Pets that are allowed include cats, dogs, rabbits, rodents, and birds.
- Pets that are not allowed on board include reptiles, amphibians, and other exotic animals.
