  • If ticket was purchased online, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your journey at least 24 hours before departure.
  • If the ticket was purchased at the station, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your journey at least 30 minutes before departure.
  • If you are traveling on a promotional ticket, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your journey at least 48 hours before departure.
  • If you are traveling on a discounted ticket, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your journey at least one day before departure.
  • If your ticket was purchased at a travel agency, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your journey at least two days before departure.
  • If you are traveling with a group of more than 10 people, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your journey at least seven days before departure.
  • If your ticket was purchased outside of France, you may receive a full refund if you cancel your journey at least seven days before departure.
  • If you are traveling on a non-refundable ticket, your ticket will not be refunded if you cancel your journey.

  • When traveling on SNCF TER in France, passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage and one small item of hand luggage.
  • The two pieces of luggage must not exceed 30kg in weight and 230 cm in size (length + width + height).
  • The small item of hand luggage must not exceed 12 kg in weight and 55 cm in size (length + width + height).
  • Any additional luggage must be purchased as an extra.
  • The following items are not allowed on board: weapons and other dangerous items, animals (except for guide dogs), flammable materials, toxic and corrosive materials, and any other items that could be used to disrupt the security or comfort of passengers.
  • Taxes on luggage are not applicable.

  • The animal must not be left unattended at any time.
  • The animal must remain quiet and must not disturb other passengers.
  • The animal must wear a muzzle at all times.
  • The animal must be accompanied by a valid vaccination certificate.
  • The animal must not be sick or in need of medical attention.
  • The animal must not be a threat to the safety of other passengers or staff.
  • The animal must not be a danger to other passengers or staff.
  • The animal must not be a nuisance to other passengers.
  • Any mess created by the animal must be cleaned up immediately.
  • Only cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and other small animals are allowed on board SNCF TER trains. Larger animals, such as horses, are not allowed.
