Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of departure, a fee of up to 50% of the ticket price may be charged.
- In the event of a no-show (not showing up at the bus station) a fee of up to 100% of the ticket price may be charged.
- If a passenger arrives late for the bus and is unable to board, a fee of up to 50% of the ticket price may be charged.
- If the bus is delayed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. weather, traffic, mechanical problems), a refund of the full ticket price may be issued.
- If the bus is canceled due to overbooking, a refund of the full ticket price may be issued.
- Passengers may be able to transfer their tickets to another date or time if they contact Sindbad Eurobus at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Luggage Policy
- Luggage Policy on Sindbad Eurobus:
- Passengers are allowed to bring one large piece of luggage and one small carry-on bag.
- The maximum weight for large piece of luggage is 30 kg. Any additional weight over 30kg will be charged extra.
- The maximum weight for small carry-on bag is 7 kg. Any additional weight over 7kg will be charged extra.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring dangerous goods, flammable liquids, sharp objects, firearms and other items prohibited by law.
- Extra taxes on luggage may apply depending on the country where the bus is registered.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Pets are allowed on Sindbad Eurobus in PL, but they must be kept in a secure pet carrier.
- Small pets such as cats, dogs, rabbits, guinea pigs, and birds are allowed to travel on Sindbad Eurobus, provided they are in a secure pet carrier.
- Large pets such as horses, cows, pigs, and goats are not allowed to travel on Sindbad Eurobus.
- All pet carriers must be secured and remain closed during the journey.
- The driver may require passengers to take their pet outside of the bus during rest breaks.
- Passengers must clean up after their pets and dispose of any pet waste in a responsible manner.
