Flexible Cancellations

  • Bus tickets must be canceled at least 2 hours before the departure time in order to receive full refund.
  • If you cancel your ticket after the departure time, you will not be eligible for any refund.
  • If you cancel your ticket within 2 hours of departure, you will be eligible for a partial refund.
  • If the bus is delayed or cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of Sandra, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • In case of natural disasters, war, or other events of force majeure, you will be eligible for a full refund.
  • If you change your mind and want to cancel the ticket within 2 hours of departure, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

  • Luggage Policy on Sandra in pl:
    • Passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of standard-sized luggage and one carry-on bag onboard.
    • The maximum weight of the luggage should not exceed 10 kg.
    • The maximum size of the luggage should not exceed 55 x 40 x 20 cm.
    • Extra charges may apply if the weight or size of the luggage exceeds 10 kg and/or 55 x 40 x 20 cm.
    • Passengers are allowed to bring one small personal item (e.g. laptop, bag, briefcase, etc.) onboard.
    • Passengers are not allowed to bring items such as flammable materials, weapons, explosives, and illegal items onboard.

  • Pets are allowed on Sandra buses in PL, but they must be kept in a secure container at all times.
  • The container must be of appropriate size, leak-proof and well-ventilated.
  • The pet must be kept in the container for the entire duration of the trip.
  • The pet must be of a non-threatening species and must not be a danger to other passengers.
  • The pet must be well-mannered, not noisy, and must not be disruptive.
  • No aggressive animals, such as fighting dogs, will be allowed.
  • No pets that make loud noises, such as parrots or macaws, are permitted.
  • No venomous animals, such as snakes or spiders, are allowed.
  • No wild animals, such as monkeys or raccoons, are allowed.
  • No exotic animals, such as lizards or tarantulas, are allowed.
