Flexible Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time without penalty.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, there may be a penalty of up to 50% of the full fare.
If you do not cancel and do not show up for your trip, you may be charged a penalty of up to 100% of the fare.
If you need to cancel your booking due to an emergency or illness, you may be eligible for a full refund or partial refund, depending on your circumstances.
Refunds for cancellations due to an emergency or illness must be requested within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time.
Refunds for other cancellations must be requested within 48 hours of the scheduled departure time.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

- Passengers are allowed to bring one carry-on bag (maximum size 45 inches or 115 cm) and one personal item. The personal item should not exceed 36 inches or 90 cm.
- Checked baggage should not exceed 62 inches or 157 cm in total dimensions, including wheels and handles.
- The total weight of the checked baggage should not exceed 50 lbs or 22.5 kg.
- Any additional baggage exceeding the above limits will incur additional charges.

Royal Express does allow pets on board, subject to the following conditions:
Pets must be safely secured in a pet carrier at all times while in the bus.
No pets are allowed to be in the aisle or occupy a seat.
No pets are allowed to travel on the driver's lap.
No pets are allowed to be exposed or placed in the overhead luggage rack.
Passengers must clean up after their pets at all times.
Only small animals such as cats and dogs are allowed on board. Other types of pets like reptiles and rodents are not allowed on board.
