- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
- If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, passengers will be refunded 50% of the ticket price.
- If the passenger does not show up at the departure terminal and does not notify Orland of the cancellation, no refund will be given.
