El autobús es cómodo , el conductor siempre-es amable, comportamiento del personal pues lo normal, el autobús está limpio , sin embargo la puntualidad, aunque no es gran cosa no es la deseada. Dicho lo anterior ,sometería a consideración una mayor limpieza y comodidad de la estación de Monforte, está muy sucia y abandonada y es poco confortable.

    • Passengers are allowed to bring one personal bag and one small carry-on bag with them on Monbus.
    • The personal bag must not exceed dimensions of 55x40x20 cm (21.6x15.7x7.8 in) and must not weigh more than 10 kg (22 lb).
    • The carry-on bag must not exceed dimensions of 35x20x20 cm (13.7x7.8x7.8 in).
    • Any piece of luggage that does not comply with the size and weight requirements may be refused.
    • There is an extra charge for overweight and large luggage. The fee is €5 per piece.
    • Passengers are not allowed to bring flammable, hazardous, or perishable items on board.
    • Animals, except guide dogs, are not allowed on Monbus.
