  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations for trips purchased with a promotional code will be subject to the terms and conditions of the specific code.
  • If a customer cancels their trip and is issued a refund, they will be charged a cancelation fee.
  • In the event of a natural disaster, a mechanical breakdown, or any other unforeseeable event, Marino reserves the right to modify, cancel, or delay a trip.
  • If a trip is cancelled due to any of the above events, customers will be issued a full refund.

  • Marino allows passengers to bring one carry-on bag plus one personal item onto the bus. Carry-on bags must not exceed 45 linear inches (length + width + depth) and must not weigh more than 40 pounds.
  • Larger items such as suitcases must be checked at the ticket counter. The ticket counter reserves the right to limit the number of items passengers can check, depending on the size and weight of the items.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring food and small drinks onboard. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted.
  • Passengers are responsible for their own bags and will be responsible for any additional taxes or fees that may be incurred for extra luggage.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring firearms, knives, or any other hazardous items onboard.

  • No pets are allowed to occupy a seat.
  • Pets must not be left unattended onboard the bus.
  • Only domesticated animals such as cats, small dogs, and birds are allowed on the bus.
  • Animals considered dangerous, such as snakes, ferrets, and rodents, are not allowed.
