Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy

- In the event of cancellation of any Margate Coach trip, passengers are entitled to a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
- If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the scheduled departure time, a 50% refund will be issued.
- No refunds will be issued for any cancellations made within 1 hour of the scheduled departure time.
- Refunds will only be issued in the same currency as the original purchase.
- No-shows or passengers who do not board at their designated pick-up location will not be refunded.
- In the event of a delayed or cancelled trip due to weather, road conditions, or any other unexpected events, a full refund will be issued.
- In the event of a mechanical failure, a full refund will be issued.

Luggage Policy
- When traveling on Margate Coach in country code za, passengers are allowed to bring two pieces of luggage and one personal item (e.g. a laptop or handbag).
- The total weight of the luggage and personal item should not exceed 30kg.
