Flexible Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to departure time.
- In case of cancellation within 24 hours, a penalty fee of 50% of the ticket price will be charged.
- If the ticket is cancelled within 12 hours of the departure time, a penalty fee of 75% of the ticket price will be charged.
- If the ticket is cancelled within 6 hours of the departure time, a penalty fee of 100% of the ticket price will be charged.
- All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to Intercentro in the country where code equals to fr.
- No refunds will be given for any cancellations made after the departure time.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Intercentro allows each passenger to bring one small soft bag or briefcase on board with them, which must not exceed the maximum size of 55 cm x 35 cm x 25 cm.
- In addition to the small bag, each passenger is allowed to bring one item of hand luggage such as a laptop bag, camera bag, or small suitcase.
- Items of luggage larger than the maximum size must be stored in the luggage compartment and will be subject to an additional charge of €2.50 per item.
- Intercentro does not accept responsibility for any items of luggage stored in the luggage compartment.
- It is not permitted to bring any dangerous goods or illegal items on board.
- It is not permitted to bring any live animals on board.
- It is not permitted to bring alcoholic drinks or weapons on board.
- It is not permitted to bring any items which might cause a nuisance or a disturbance to other passengers.
Pet-Friendly Guidelines
Pet Policy
- Intercentro allows passengers to bring small pets (e.g. cats, dogs, birds, rodents, etc.) on board, provided that they are in a suitable pet carrier and that the maximum weight of the pet and carrier do not exceed 5 kg.
- Passengers with pets must pay a supplement when travelling on Intercentro buses.
- Passengers are responsible for the behavior of their pets. If the pet causes any disturbance or inconvenience to other passengers, the driver or the company, the company reserves the right to refuse transportation.
- Passengers must ensure that their pet does not cause any damage to the bus or the luggage of other passengers.
- It is not allowed to bring dangerous animals, such as reptiles, insects, wild animals, etc. on board the bus.
