- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure time to receive a full refund.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled departure time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare.
- If you cancel within 1 hour of your scheduled departure time, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fare.
- No-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the total fare.
- If Gasela Luxury Coaches cancels the booking for any reason, you will be refunded the full fare amount.
- Gasela Luxury Coaches reserves the right to change the cancellation policy without prior notice.

Luggage Policy
- Passengers traveling on Gasela Luxury Coaches in the country with code equaling ZA are allowed to bring one bag and a personal item such as a briefcase, laptop bag, purse, etc. on board the bus.
- The bag should not exceed the size of 24"x16"x10" and should not weigh more than 50 lbs.
- Any additional bags will be charged a fee of ZAR 150.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous materials, weapons, explosives, or any other items that may endanger the safety of the passengers or the bus.
- Any large items such as bicycles, skis, large musical instruments, etc. must be checked in and will be subject to an additional fee.
