  • If the bus is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded the entire ticket price.

  • When traveling on Eva in Portugal, passengers are allowed to bring one item of hand luggage with a maximum size of 55 cm (height) x 35 cm (width) x 25 cm (depth) and a maximum weight of 10 kg.
  • Any additional items of hand luggage, or any items of luggage that exceed the size and weight limits, will be subject to an additional fee of € 3.50 per item.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring two additional items of hand luggage, such as a laptop or a handbag, as long as these items do not exceed the maximum size and weight limits.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any sharp or dangerous objects, weapons or explosives into the bus. All items must be stowed away properly and out of reach of other passengers.
  • The maximum allowed weight for checked luggage is 25 kg per item. An additional fee of € 3.50 per item applies for any items that exceed this weight.
