- If the ticket was purchased online, any exchanges or refunds must be processed through the website or app.
- If the ticket was purchased in person, any exchanges or refunds must be processed in person at the ticket office.
- If the bus is delayed or cancelled due to reasons out of ETNA Trasporti’s control, refunds or exchanges may be offered at ETNA Trasporti's discretion.
- If a passenger misses their bus due to lateness or other reasons, ETNA Trasporti does not offer any refunds or exchanges.
- If a passenger is unable to travel due to medical reasons or other unexpected circumstances, ETNA Trasporti may offer a partial refund or exchange at their discretion.
- In the event of a customer service dispute, ETNA Trasporti reserves the right to make the final decision on any refunds or exchanges.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- ETNA Trasporti allows passengers to bring 1 piece of standard hand luggage and 1 piece of small personal item like a laptop bag or a small purse on board. The total weight of the two items must not exceed 10 kg.
- Any additional items must be checked in and are subject to applicable fees.
- Checked luggage must not exceed 20 kg per passenger.
- Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous materials, flammable liquids or explosives on board.
- Items such as weapons, drugs and alcohol are also not allowed on board.
- Additional taxes may apply for excess luggage depending on the country.

- ETNA Trasporti allows passengers to bring small pets on board, such as cats and small dogs, provided they are kept in a pet carrier that can fit in the overhead compartment or underneath the seat.
- Passengers must purchase a ticket for their pet when traveling on ETNA Trasporti.
- Pets must be kept quiet, and not disturb other passengers.
- Pets must remain in their carriers for the duration of the trip.
- ETNA Trasporti does not allow passengers to bring large animals, such as horses, goats, pigs, etc. on board.
- ETNA Trasporti does not allow passengers to bring reptiles, amphibians, or any other exotic animals on board.
