- Cancellations made after the 24-hour window will incur a cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refund.
- No-show passengers are not eligible for a refund.
- In the event of a bus being delayed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, Chilwans Express will provide an alternative travel arrangement.
- In the case of a medical emergency, Chilwans Express will provide a refund as long as a valid medical certificate is presented.
- In the event of a natural disaster, Chilwans Express will provide a full refund.
Smooth Luggage
Luggage Policy
- Passengers on Chilwans Express in Za are allowed to carry two pieces of hand luggage with maximum dimensions of 55 cm x 40 cm x 20 cm, with a maximum weight of 10 kg.
- Passengers are allowed to carry one suitcase as checked baggage with maximum dimensions of 158 cm (length + width + height) and a maximum weight of 20 kg for all classes.
- Extra taxes may apply for excess or overweight luggage.
- Liquids in containers larger than 100 ml are not allowed in carry-on luggage.
- Foods, weapons and dangerous goods are not allowed in carry-on or checked baggage.

- Pets must not be allowed to roam freely in the bus. They must be contained in their pet carriers at all times.
- Only domesticated animals such as cats, dogs, small birds and other small pets are allowed to travel on the bus. No wild animals or reptiles are allowed.
- Pets must be clean and well-groomed. Passengers must also provide their pet with food and water during the trip.
- Pets must not be disruptive or cause any disturbance to other passengers. Passengers are also responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
