Flexible Cancellations

  • If you need to cancel or change your ticket for any reason, please contact Best Express Logistics at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. If you cancel within 48 hours of departure, no refund will be issued.
  • If the bus you are booked on is cancelled by Best Express Logistics, you will be offered the option to have your ticket reimbursed in full or to be rebooked onto the next available service.
  • If you miss the scheduled departure time due to circumstances beyond your control, Best Express Logistics will offer you the option to have your ticket reimbursed in full or to be rebooked onto the next available service.
  • If you are unable to travel due to illness or injury, Best Express Logistics will offer you the option to have your ticket reimbursed in full or to be rebooked onto the next available service.
  • If you are denied boarding due to lack of available seating, Best Express Logistics will offer you the option to have your ticket reimbursed in full or to be rebooked onto the next available service.

Smooth Luggage

  • Each passenger on Best Express Logistics is allowed one piece of carry-on luggage and one personal item. Carry-on luggage must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 55x35x25 cm, including handles and wheels. Personal items must not exceed the maximum dimensions of 45x35x20 cm.
  • Extra luggage cannot be brought inside the bus, except for medical and mobility devices, such as wheelchairs and walkers. Passengers must inform the bus driver about any medical or mobility device in advance.
  • All luggage must be labeled with the passenger's name and contact information.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring food, beverages, and other items necessary for their comfort during the journey, such as books, magazines, newspapers, music players, and other electronic devices. However, these items must not be a nuisance to other passengers.
  • Each piece of luggage must be weighed prior to entering the bus. Luggage exceeding the maximum weight limit of 10 kg will not be allowed on board the bus and the passenger must make other arrangements to transport the luggage.
  • Passengers must not bring any dangerous or illegal items, such as weapons, explosives, flammable items, and drugs, on board the bus.
  • Extra taxes may be applicable for additional pieces of luggage or if the luggage exceeds the maximum weight limit.

  • Best Express Logistics does not allow pets on its buses, including service animals.
  • No cats, dogs, birds or any other type of pet are allowed on board.
  • Passengers with service animals must be accompanied by a companion who takes responsibility for the animal
  • Passengers must declare their service animal at the time of booking and present the appropriate documentation.
  • Service animals must remain on a leash at all times and cannot occupy a seat.
  • The bus driver has the right to refuse entry to any pet, regardless of the documentation.
