  • If you cancel your ticket after the journey has begun, you will receive a refund of the unused portion of the ticket.
  • If you cancel a ticket due to an emergency or illness, Agat will offer a refund for the unused portion of the ticket.
  • If you cancel a ticket due to a schedule change, Agat will offer a refund for the unused portion of the ticket.
  • If Agat cancels a trip due to weather, mechanical issues, or any other issue, a full refund will be provided.

Smooth Luggage

  • Agat customers are allowed to take one (1) piece of luggage per passenger for free.
  • Each additional piece of luggage will be charged a fee of PLN 5 for domestic routes.
  • For international routes, two (2) pieces of luggage are allowed per passenger for free.
  • Each additional piece of luggage will be charged a fee of PLN 10.
  • Maximum weight of each piece of luggage should be no more than 15kg.
  • Passengers are allowed to bring hand-luggage on board.
  • The hand-luggage should not exceed 40x40x40 cm and weight should be no more than 5kg.
  • Passengers are not allowed to bring any hazardous materials, including sharp objects, firearms, and flammable liquids.
  • Items such as laptops, cameras and other electronic devices are allowed, but must be declared to the driver at the time of boarding.

Pet-Friendly Guidelines

  • Agat allows passengers to bring their pets on board, provided that they follow certain rules and regulations.
  • Pets must be kept in a pet carrier, and the carrier must be kept on the floor during the ride. The carrier should be large enough for the pet to turn around and stand up.
  • Pets must remain in the carrier at all times while on board, and cannot be taken out of the carrier while on the bus.
  • Only cats and small dogs are allowed on board. Other animals, such as reptiles and rodents, are not allowed.
  • Passengers must provide proof of vaccination for their pets, and the pet must be in good health.
